HB 350 Passed the PA House on June 23, 2025 with bipartisan support!
On Monday, June 23, 2025, the PA House passed HB 350 with a bipartisan vote of 112-91.

HB 350 was officially introduced in early April 2025 by a bipartisan team of lead sponsors: Representatives Sanchez, Delozier, McNeill and Miller.

On April 9th, the House Children & Youth Committee held a hearing on HB 350. Testifying in support were Dr. Andrea Braverman, attorney Darren Holst from the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Judge Tarah Toohil, and attorney Rebecca Nayak. The Committee subsequently voted to send the bill to a vote before the entire House of Representatives.
The bill is now in the PA Senate, where we are working to advance this legislation that’s so important for children and families.
